Are consultations free?
Kellz Sellz Words does offer a free 15 minute consultation as a discovery call to understand your needs to better assist you. We recommend a $50 consultation since the price of the consult can be used toward your design services.
Who does updates after you build my site?
Website maintenance is service that allows us or your developer to make periodic updates, maintain backups and security. Monthly maintenance is monthly recurring change that varies based on individual needs.
Do You Create Custom Domain email Addresses?
Yes, we do. We can help you create a custom email address for your domain. For example: [email protected] There are several ways to accomplish this using paid and free tools.
Do you offer web hosting?
We do offer web hosting. Once we build your website and you want us to host it to keep it live on the Internet. There will be a monthly or quarterly recurring charge to keep the website up and running.
What is the turn around time to complete a website?
It typically takes 3-14 days to build and customize a WordPress theme. Time depends on number of pages, plug ins, theme and functionality of the website.
Why do I need to pay for web design service and web hosting?
These are two different services that do very different things. Web design services creates a website with content, pictures, links and words. Web hosting keeps the designed website live on the Internet. One is a one time charge and the other is a monthly or yearly charge to keep the website live.
Are website backups included?
We offer WordPress troubleshooting, website backups and migrations. The price is determined by several factors, such as: number of pages, files and database size and storage space available to keep backups secure.
